Working at a university café, Mia shares stories from her life - from a humorous encounter in Paris to navigating a new country without speaking English - revealing lessons on resilience, self-trust, and staying true to who you are.

Coffee Box - An El Paso Love Story (2022)

A young man moves to the border city of El Paso, where he struggles to adapt to his new environment but has a change of heart after meeting a young El Pasoan woman.

As It Was (2020)

In a post-apocalyptic world decimated by disease, two young adults find each other virtually, and the solace gained from their virtual companionship drives their will to survive.

奶茶 (Milk Tea) (2019)

A lonely Chinese international student forms an unexpected connection with a Taiwanese American college student who runs a small boba shop. Through shared melodies and late-night milk tea, they discover love in the quiet spaces between language, identity, and home.
